Services
Taking the step to start therapy is a powerful act of care for yourself. At OpenRoots Psychology, I offer tailored, online psychological support designed to help you catch your breath, make sense of your experiences, and find a safe path forward.
Individual Online Therapy
My individual sessions are a space entirely for you. We don't use a one-size-fits-all checklist. Instead, we work completely collaboratively. Together, we’ll look at the challenges you’re facing, gently untangle how your past experiences and your current world are impacting you, and build practical tools that help you make real, lasting changes at your own pace.
Choosing online therapy means you can skip the stressful commute and log in from the comfort and privacy of your own safe space. It fits flexibly around busy lives, work schedules, and family commitments, giving you one less thing to worry about.

Session Length: 50 minutes
-
Location: Secure video call

Your Privacy: Everything we discuss is strictly confidential. The only time I would ever need to share information is if I became deeply concerned about your safety or the safety of someone else, and if that rare situation ever came up, I would always aim to discuss it with you openly first.
The Approaches We Can Use
Some people come to therapy knowing exactly which modality they want to work with, which is great. For others, you might have no idea what these terms meanand that is completely okay. You don't need to have it figured out. That’s my job to guide you through, working integratively to tailor a blend of approaches that feels exactly right for you and your unique story.
1
A body-centered therapy that helps your brain safely process and "file away" distressing or traumatic memories, so they finally stop triggering your nervous system in the present day.
2
If you carry a lot of self-doubt, guilt, or find yourself dealing with a harsh inner critic, CFT helps us work on building a kinder, much more supportive relationship with yourself.
3
These are structured yet deeply gentle ways to talk through, organize, and make sense of difficult life events, helping them feel less "tangled" and overwhelming in your mind.
4
A creative, culturally rich approach where we look at your life story through the lens of your strengths, your heritage, and what matters most to you, rather than just focusing on the problem.
5
We don't live in a bubble. Systemic therapy looks at the bigger picture—how your relationships, family dynamics, and the wider social and cultural world around you impact how you feel and relate to others.
